Job Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner

- Provide accurate information about products and services to customers

- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution

- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or to promote products and services

- Enter customer information and call details into the system for record keeping and tracking purposes

- Meet or exceed call center performance goals, including sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics

- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate

- Maintain a high level of knowledge about company products, services, and policies

Requirements:

- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills in English (Spanish language skills are a plus)

- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred

- Proficient in data entry and computer skills

- Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet

- Ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes or technologies as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.84 - $17.92 per hour
