Ideal candidates will possess claims processing/medical billing experience and a competitive desire to maximize returns. Our Call Center Representatives assist patients on the phone, helping them to resolve their Self-Pay balances by establishing payment plans, updating insurance coverage, and providing customer support as a member of our client’s business office. Call Center Representatives are expected to adhere to standardized productivity goals in addition to working in a fast-paced call center environment.
