Rear View Safety, known as one of the fastest growing commercial backup camera system suppliers on the market today, is seeking a hard-working, motivated individual to join our talented staff.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
* Manage a large number of incoming calls, emails, and ticket inquiries.
* Identify and assess customers' needs by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
* Assist the customer in finding the best product solution for them and process the payment and shipping. (Using the aforementioned platforms, QuickBooks and others)
* Opens and maintains customer accounts by properly recording account information.
* Provide accurate product and service information; resolving product and service problems within a timely manner.
* When resolving product or service problems, clarify the customer's complaint, determine the cause of the problem (troubleshooting); select and explain the best solution to solve the problem; expedite correction or adjustment; follow up to ensure resolution.
* Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
* Contribute to team effort
* We offer a training period to learn the products and troubleshooting skills.
* Other duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
* Proper phone etiquette
* Customer service skills and previous Customer Service experience
* Have a positive work attitude and drive to make customers happy
* The ability to multitask
* Good management and organization skills
* Analyzing Information
* Teamwork
* Quick learning (Zendesk, QuickBooks and Outlook platforms knowledge a plus)
