Job Description: Join the vibrant Renegade Furniture team as a Customer Service Sales Representative! In this role, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, assisting them in finding the perfect furniture solutions to meet their needs. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a keen eye for design.

Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner via phone, email and chat.
• Understand customers' furniture preferences, style, and requirements to recommend suitable products.

Product Knowledge:

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our furniture products, materials, and features.
• Stay updated on current design trends and incorporate this knowledge into customer interactions.

Customer Support:

• Guide customers through the sales process, providing information on pricing, terms of service, and product availability.
• Effectively address customer issues or concerns, providing prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless problem-solving and customer satisfaction.

Relationship Building:

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Follow up with customers post-interaction to ensure the sales are closed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a customer service role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Passion for furniture design and a good sense of aesthetics.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets).

Salary: Base salary for this role is $17-19 per hour, however, this role also has a commission structure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
