Scope of Responsibility: The scope of the HR Manager is to plan, direct and coordinate activities to maximize the strategic value of the Human Resources Department and maintains functions such as talent management, employee training and development, compensation, benefits, communications, regulatory compliance, and security. HR Manager assists and advises department managers and supervisors regarding human resources issues.
Essential Duties:

Primary Focus
Position Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred;
Experience: Minimum 5 years with manufacturing preferred.
Strong business acumen, leadership, and Human Resource knowledge.
Skills & Abilities: Ability to function as a change agent to quickly develop, organize and streamline HR function. Sees “big picture” and is able to stay focused.
Strong analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to assess a variety of abstract facts, formulate reasoned alternatives and positively communicate decisions and solutions.
Track record of building support and credibility with all levels of employees. Develop strong working relationships.
Maintains confidences and ensures appropriate levels of confidentiality.
Possesses a high energy level and enthusiasm with the ability to focus on agreed recommendations and results.
