The Position:
Real Estate Property Management Company looking to fill Property Manager position in Brooklyn for Rent Stabilized Low Income Housing Tax Credit property
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
· Monday to Friday

About Our Company
Our Corporate office is located on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. We manage residential multi-family apartment buildings in the five boroughs of New York City. Our buildings consist of both affordable and market-rate units, co-operatives and condominiums.
Requirements
Must have extensive Rent Stabilization background / 7 Years minimum experience
Must have ARM or CPM Certification
Must be Tax Credit Certified, 2 to 4 years of prior experience is required.
Must be proficient with Yardi Voyager
Must be proficient with MS Word and Excel
License/Certification:
· ARM or CPM Certification (Required)
· Low Income Housing Tax Credit certification (Required)
· Drivers License (Required)
