small commercial real estate co located in east williamsburg seeks assistant property manager.
we have properties in new York and new jersey and continue to grow. The right candidate will be able to manage day to day operations to include dealing with tenants issues,billing tenants and following up on past due rents,renewals and preparing new leases, marketing vacant spaces and showing them to potential new tenants,making sure buildings are maintained well and work working with our maintenance crew,from time to time you will need to work after regular business hours.
Must have pas min 5 years t experience in the commercial property management and knowledge of construction is a huge plus,must be proficient in all computer software, especially excel and word, able to work interdependently and meet specific deadlines.This is a growth positions as we are growing and there is room for advancement .The perfect candidate will also be able to work independently and be able to problem solve and bring new ideas to help us grow.
only candidates with specific background in real estate management will be considered.
