Residential Property Manager,

Property Manager, to manage and a newly built luxury residential rental buildings.

The Property Manager will interact with tenants and handle budgeting, vendors, and general operations.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Ensure proper maintenance and security for all properties;
• Respond to emergencies 24/7 and coordinate resolution;
• Be the main point of contact for residents, providing excellent customer service by responding to resident service requests in a timely manner and resolving complaints;
• Develop building maintenance schedules, and obtain proposals for testing and code compliance as required by NYC city agencies;

Property Maintenance

• Manage building improvement projects and oversee property maintenance
• Inspect work performed by outside contractors
• Ensure safety of property and compliance with all OSHA regulations

Administrative/Financial

• Preparation of annual operating budget
• Analyze and distribute monthly financial statements including operation variations from budget
• Understand and comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Enforce property policies and procedures
• Effectively manage personal and administrative function of the office

• Exceptional resident relations/customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a very busy environment, professional, goal oriented, organized, self starter, fast learner, team player.
• Strong computer skills:

Knowledge of NYC agencies, rent regulations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
