Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, facilities management, and leasing. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure they are well-maintained and meet all safety standards
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants
- Screen potential tenants, process applications, and prepare lease agreements
- Collect rent payments and handle delinquencies in accordance with company policies
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors and contractors
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
- Maintain accurate records and files related to property management activities
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management or related field
- Knowledge of affordable housing programs
- Proficiency in Buildium or similar property management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Knowledge of legal administrative procedures related to property management
- Experience in upselling additional services or amenities to tenants is a plus - Excellent computer skill - Knowledge of building operation equipment (Intercom, Security camera, HVAC, smart home and so on)
