Casa Nela, the Restaurant Group behind popular neighborhood restaurants like Rosemary's West Village, Rosemary's East, Roey's, Claudette, and Bobo, is looking for an Executive Sous Chef. As we prepare to expand our footprint with the eagerly anticipated Rosemary's Midtown in April and Rosemary's Miami in the fall, we're seeking a dynamic individual who shares our passion for food and commitment to excellence.

The position would support our growing Culinary Team in all aspects of the kitchen and would preferably have experience with restaurant openings. The Executive Sous Chef is responsible for supervising the production of food at all stations, assisting the cooks when needed, as well as supporting the Executive Chef in all aspects of food cost and labor cost control. The Executive Sous Chef should assume command and manage all aspects of the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Chef. He/she should have accurate knife skills, the ability to read and follow recipes, train employees, and maintain health department, food quality, and company standards.
