Responsibilities:Accounts Receivable Clerk records, verifies and posts payments received by the organization. Ensures transactions are recorded promptly and accurately in accordance with internal accounting policies. An individual may reconcile payments with accounts receivable ledger and prepares reports of delinquent accounts. May be responsible for customer billing and responding to customer inquiries regarding bills.
Ensures efficient and organized operation of district/office service and sales support functions. Answers telephone calls from clients, prospects, and vendors. Relays messages to team members. Prepares office correspondence, documents, and reports. Maintains district records and prepares billings.
