Edcor is seeking additional Call Center Agents (no sales) to join our inbound call center in Troy, MI. We have full (40 hours) and “you pick your shift” part time (20 hours) positions available. Summary:
Call Center Agents are the front line for our customers and the face of Edcor. No selling involved. We answer simple service and claims questions about human resource benefits.
