TRION SOLUTIONS INC is Hiring a CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE Near Troy, MI

Position Description:

The role of the Client Service Representative is to provide world-class client services to our clients and employees by means of knowledge clusters performance working as a team as well as individually while exceeding expectations of current and prospective clients/employees of Trion Solutions.

Responsibility #1-Client Services

1. First responder to client/worksite employee inquiries via phone, email, and Salesforce.

a. Manage case information through Salesforce software. Record case activity and close case as appropriate.

2. Assist client/worksite employee with onboarding and any technical issues they might experience.

3. Respond to request (s) from internal and external clients as deemed necessary.

4. Work effectively and efficiently across departments to identify and communicate resolution to client/worksite employees inquiries using technology and human interaction.

5. Provide ongoing proactive services and regular follow up to ensure positive Client rapport.

Responsibility #2-Administrative Support

1. Client/Employee Communications

a. Assist with Employee/Client termination notifications.

b. Distribute compliance communications as directed.

2. Run reports for clients as needed from Trion Human Resources Information Systems

Responsibility #3- Government Regulations

1. Follows all state and federal laws, as well as company policies and procedures.

2. Protects the company from liability and exposure.

3. Issue compliance communications as directed by Legal department.

Responsibility #4- Personal Development

1. Continue to learn and grow as a Human Resource professional company through continuous education.

2. Complete all mandatory training.

3. Share ideas that will help you and/or the company grow.

4. Additional job duties as assigned.
