This position requires door to door lead generation on a daily basis along with running company leads. No experience necessary but prior sales experience would be a help.
Compensation:
- Commission based structure: We offer one of the strongest comps in the industry!
- Weekly pay and draw on future commissions with no commission cap.
- First year potential $45,000 to $85,000 just working less than half the year.
Preferred Qualities:
- Previous sales experience is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills or willingness to learn
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
