Job description
We are a premium vaping hardware company seeking an outside sales representative to join our growing sales team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contact prospective and current clients through cold calls, and visit smoke/vape shops and distributors in the designated regions.
- Professionally represent the company to potential clients.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities.
- Provide reports to the immediate supervisor of all sales results (weekly/monthly/quarterly).
- Meet or exceed assigned sales goals.
- Provide in-store training, attend trade shows, and facilitate client events.
- Keep informed on competitive brands, services, and general industry news.
- Ability to understand client needs, develop high yielding relationships with clients, and adapt accordingly as needed to maintain relationships.
- We require our sales staff to be extremely self-motivated and to set their own schedule with intention and discipline.
REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
- 1-2 years of sales experience.
- Knowledge of or work experience in the vaping industry.
- Basic CRM proficiency preferred.
- Successful track record in customer relationships and comfort with cold calling.
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales quota.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- MUST HAVE VAPE KNOWLEDGE
- MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE.
- MUST HAVE A RELIABLE AND INSURED CAR.
- Willing to travel within the US.
Pay: Salary $30,000 per year Plus Commission
