Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our growing roofing company. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and analyzing financial data. This is an onsite position in the Pico/Robertson area.

Duties:
- Prepare reports such as balance statements and monthly expenses
- Reconcile our CRM financial data in Quickbooks
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Perform journal entries, reconciliations, and accrual accounting
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes
- Assist with financial audits and provide documentation as needed

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices
- Experience with QB required and Job Nimbus CRM preferred
- Proficient in financial analysis techniques and tools
- Knowledge of journal entries, debits, credits, and cash flow analysis
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
