Job Summary
This is a newly created position reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Finance, and is responsible for day-to-day accounting operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage AR/AP communications including billing and collections.
- Process vendor payments and apply cash receipts to customer accounts.
- Set up and maintain vendor and customer profiles in accounting software and ensure all required information/documentation is obtained and filed.
- Record expense entries to projects/departments.
- Support month-end close with preparation of reclass and allocation journal entries to projects/products, as well as preparation of cash settlements from partnership deals, in addition to account reconciliations.
- Support in special projects as assigned or necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business related fields
- Experience working with Excel, Google Sheets
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly organizational and able to prioritize deliverables, as well as multitask
- Good communication skills and customer oriented
- Ability to work independently and monotonously
- Must be a team player
- Proficiency in Korean language preferred but not mandatory
