Superica is hiring a Beverage Manager!

Superica is in search of a beverage manager to join our executive team! Our brand is growing so fast, we need another beverage-minded individual to help oversee our ever-expanding group of restaurants! This person will spend time in our restaurants offering hands-on training and coaching for our service teams on Superica’s beverage standards.

Weekly duties will include assisting our management teams as they navigate service challenges, seasonal menu changes, special events, ordering/receiving/inventory, bar equipment maintenance, and many, many other things! The role will require travel between Atlanta and one or more of our outer markets, to participate in services and offer support where needed.

The ideal candidate will have several years of experience behind the bar, experience managing in the Rocket Farm environment, a strong ability to mentor, and a passion for all things beverage.
