We’re seeking a dynamic individual to lead and collaborate with our Vice President of Development in driving all development initiatives for Rocket Farm Restaurants. As a Development Director, you'll spearhead and support various development activities crucial to our growth.

Ideal candidates will possess 5 years of project management experience, particularly within the restaurant and food service sector. You should exhibit a profound understanding of design, construction processes, and be adept at navigating construction documents including schedules, submittals, and RFI’s.

Your ability to thrive under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and maintain composure in high-stakes scenarios will be essential. Additionally, we're looking for individuals who are highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of delivering results consistently.

This role demands flexibility as it may entail working evenings, weekends, and holidays, along with occasional travel to oversee construction projects at remote sites.

Competitive salary: $80,000 – $100,000/yr. DOE generous quarterly bonus program
