Our client is seeking an interim controller consultant to join the consulting team for an interim time. Join our team for a contract opportunity where you will be providing financial leadership in overseeing all accounting functions, and conducting forecast analysis. In addition, as a member of the Executive Team, the Controller consultant will participate in the monthly close process and will maintain and report on key financial metrics, variance analysis and key reconcilation processes.

How you will make an impact

- Oversee the annual/quarterly/monthly closing and forecasting processes

- Report regularly on the company's key financial metrics for internal and management stakeholders

- Develop operating and financial metrics, analyze results and trends to create impactful insights, report results to executive leadership and key stakeholders, and improve forecasting and modeling accuracy

- Work with the executive team to develop operational and long-term budgets and forecasts for all aspects of the organization and then monitor and report on performance against those budgets

- Generate detailed business unit projections, highlight risks/opportunities, and oversee the preparation of relevant materials

- Adhere to the company's accounting policies and procedures

- Develop and maintain effective professional relationships with the company's employees
