Core Job Duties Partner with NA Retail management team to manage and own their financial planning in conjunction with the business unit processes including Long-range plan (LRP), Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and Quarterly Business reviews (QBR) processes, and help architect the information flow and methodologies with finance for a strong, dynamic business partnership. Provide financial leadership and analysis to find ways to optimize the business, control costs, streamline business processes, and drive additional revenue (TSS initiative “5 by 25”) Develop key metrics and hold monthly/quarterly meetings with business unit/finance management team to review progress and ensure the achievement and delivery according to financial plan. Oversee accounting and finance operations for TSS NA Retail. Finance lead for ERP system conversion to Hana/S4 and continued enhancements. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance with 5 years applicable work experience. MBA/CPA a plus. Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes: In depth knowledge of US GAAP, including revenue recognition. Strong excel and ERP system knowledge. SAP HANA/S4 preferred. Experience/knowledge retail sales accounting and business processes is preferred. Working Conditions: On site/Hybrid schedule according to TSS company guidelines. We are Topcon.
