The position will also require monitoring customer credit accounts and taking appropriate action to collect delinquent payments.Responsibilities:• Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications• Maintain precise records of customer credit• Handle and resolve customer credit inquiries in a timely manner• Monitor customer credit accounts regularly• Take necessary action to collect delinquent payments• Comply with all relevant company policies and State and Federal lending regulations• Perform data entry of loan application and documents• Assist with the overall operations of the branch office, particularly in customer relations, accounts building, and compliance• Develop and improve customer relations and provide exceptional service to all customers• Utilize effective judgment for customer solicitations• Utilize Microsoft and Microsoft Excel for data entry and other tasks.
