Robert Half has partnered with a well-respected real estate firm in the DTC in search of a Sr. Property Accountant! The Sr. Property Accountant position is paying $70,000-$85,000 and offering a very generous benefits and PTO package!

The Sr. Property Accountant will be responsible for the following:

• Full cycle accounting for 10-15 properties
• Processing accounts payable - vendor management, 1099s, W-9s, handling AP issues, etc.
• Processing accounts receivable - billing, reconciling AR accounts, posting payments
• Journal entries
• Month-end close
• Accounts reconciliations and bank reconciliations
• Assisting with the financial statement preparation
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements for the Sr. Property Accountant include:

• 2 years of property accounting or multi-entity accounting experience
• Degree is preferred, not not required
• Yardi experience is preferred, but not required
