We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated remote Project Manager with a strong focus on Revenue Recognition and Revenue Operations to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects from conception to completion, with a particular emphasis on revenue-related initiatives. They will ensure that revenue recognition processes are effectively implemented and that revenue operations are optimized to support the company's growth objectives. The remote Project Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress. Here are some of the responsibilities:Lead and manage strategic projects focused on accelerating sales growth and optimizing sales processes.Collaborate with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to identify key areas for improvement and develop actionable plans.Implement sales tools, technologies, and processes to streamline sales operations and drive efficiency.Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.Provide guidance, training, and support to sales teams to ensure adoption and effectiveness of new tools and processes.Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource plans to ensure successful project execution.Track and measure project performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives.Communicate project updates, successes, and challenges to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies related to sales acceleration.Report to the sales operations DirectorProvide weekly, monthly and quarterly management reports of pipeline, sales forecast, order booking with highlight on variances against sales targets and goal attainment. Articulate compelling qualitative and quantitative business cases and conduct risk analysis to give early warnings to the management to develop necessary corrective actions.Drive the quarter close processes and facilitate post-quarter end process which includes sales summary notes for senior management and executive presentations.Monitor sales incentive plan and manage the escalation of specific issues to ensure the calculation, validation and timely payment of commission and bonuses.Develop meaningful sales performance and productivity reports that provide visibility and support for management to achieve overall sales effectiveness.Drive the annual sales planning activities which include headcount planning, sales budget and targets and follow-up the progress of key actions.Conduct a training of sales forecast and new sales reporting tools to sales representatives to ensure the integrity of data in the system.
