Robert Half is seeking a Product Manager for a client in the healthcare space. This Product Manager needs to be autonomous and handle things on their own, build internal relationships and get the work going. They need to understand the audience to make decisions on the app. This app will be specific to healthcare providers as opposed to end customers. Right now, access for providers is only on web, so they want to develop an app. Need a leader who will own the process and work well with the internal teams. This role is a contract to permanent opportunity and is looking to have someone start as soon as possible! Responsibilities Lead the product strategy, planning, development, and launch of the HCP experience on Client's mobile app. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure the experience is user-friendly and efficient for use by healthcare professionals. Work closely with engineering teams to prioritize and deliver features on time. Conduct market research and engage with healthcare professionals to gather insights and feedback to inform product decisions. Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of the product. Manage the product backlog and prioritize based on changing requirements. Oversee the beta testing phase, incorporating feedback to iterate and improve the product. Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure a successful product launch.
