Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Brand Management Product Manager

• Organize and maintain various team documents, encompassing client contacts, music release schedules, touring calendars, profiles, strategy presentations and internal records
• Coordinate the setup process for ecommerce releases, overseeing tasks such as creative approval, tracking, and production coordination
• Responsible for managing all project management tools

Required Skills:

• Manage day to day brand operations, encompassing tasks such as soliciting designs approving creatives, specifying production requirement, ensuring quality and quantity standards, coordinating e-commerce and retail launches, and addressing customer services needs
• Supervise the delivery of artist assets and facilitate communication with the internal creative teams
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive “launch” calendar and checklist for all products and initiative, coordinating with talent management for events such as music launches, tours, and seasonal holidays.
