What you will be doing:

• Develop a robust pipeline of opportunities in alignment with the company’s overarching California go-to-market strategy.

• Strengthen relationships with channel partners through consistent engagement.

• Bring thoughtful, innovative ideas to strategic discussions.

• Perform initial analysis of opportunities to determine baseline feasibility.

• Work with clients through the entire project development phase.

• Work collaboratively across disciplines within the company to improve processes and drive overall business efficiency.

Experience you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, environmental science, engineering, or a related field.

• Experience working in the energy sector and a deep knowledge of California’s energy landscape.

• Expert knowledge in energy markets, policy landscape, and technology.

• Sales or business development experience with a proven track record (5 years preferred).

• Ability to take on leadership positions and management responsibilities.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and sometimes ambiguous environment.

• Self-motivated, requiring minimal oversight.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Based in the LA area and willing to regularly travel within the state.
