- Manage procurement transformation projects from beginning to end, from identification and scoping through design, build, test and implementation, and continuing with post-implementation support and optimization.
- Develop, track and manage project plans, change management plans, risk analysis and mitigation plans, issue logging and tracking, KPIs and business cases
- Document current state processes, design future state processes, identify gaps and build a migration plan
- Understand current system and integration utilization and design, recommend changes to technology solutions, lead project and change management to implement and support changes in collaboration with other stakeholders
- Design and build templates, tool kits, user guides and other tools that support the transformation initiatives
- Ensure the adoption of the new processes, capabilities, systems and policies by stakeholders
- Build, maintain and grow relationships and work closely with key stakeholders (Examples: accounting, finance, legal, IT, third party risk management, compliance, business units, suppliers) throughout the duration of the program
- Lead Steering Committee sessions to facilitate status updates and key decision making with senior executives
- All other duties as assigned
- Adhere to and apply Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested.
- Understand and readily support Envestnet's established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk
- Lead Procurement Transformation program and projects
- Part project manager, part deep experience in procurement processes and systems
- Experience in doing a large scale system movement
- Understands the strategic side - source to sell
- Someone that has designed and implemented
