Our client, an award winning gaming company, is looking for a Human Resources Specialist. As the HR Specialist, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day activities of the HR department. Your main job duties will include employee relations, benefits administration, onboarding, completing new hire paperwork, and conducting new hire orientations. Additional duties will include generating reports, maintaining the HR database, coordinating training & development programs, compliance, and assisting with employee engagement initiatives. Robert Half is looking for a detail oriented individual with a least 2 years of human resources experience. Our client offers excellent benefits and a hybrid work model! You will be required to work on-site in West LA 1 day per week. Salary range is $65-$75k.
