The Director for Facilities and Clinical Engineering oversees the daily operations for Providence St. Johns Health Center facilities, which includes the acute care campus, non-acute care facilities on license.

Required qualifications:

• 5 years Substantial and progressive facilities experience.

• 3 years Progressive hospital leadership positions.

• Multi-site integration of hospital departments or services line.

• Solid financial background gained through both operational and business planning experience.

• Developing strategic plans and initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree Engineering field.

• Upon hire: Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM)

• Upon hire: Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC)

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
