Description

The William Warren Group, Inc. (WWG) is a Santa Monica-based entrepreneurial real estate company, which develops, acquires and operates income producing real estate assets in the major metropolitan markets of the United States. The company owns and operates the StorQuest® family of brands: StorQuest Self Storage, StorQuest Express and StorQuest Economy Storage. 

WWG is seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our corporate team as the RV Parks Operations Manager He/She will be required to work closely with onsite staff and WWG Corporate Teams to optimize and ensure operational efficiency across a portfolio of RV Parks Operations Manager locations.

In addition to ensuring the financial success of the individual RV parks, the RV Parks Operations Manager will aid in drafting and implementing the Standard Operating procedures required to deliver our guests an exceptional outdoor hospitality experience.

How You’ll Make a Difference:

  • Oversee property managers and maintenance staff to ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
  • Drive operational excellence by evaluating, recommending, and implementing improvements to processes and procedures.
  • Work directly with Marketing, Revenue Management and Asset Management teams to develop annual budgets and drive property performance in accordance with the business plan.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with park residents, fostering a welcoming and inclusive community.
  • Provide regular performance updates and insights to WWG leadership.
  • Ensure employee compliance with WWG standards and policies.

Strategic & Collaborative:

  • Build strategic partnerships with local businesses and organizations to enhance operations and revenue growth.
  • Partner with the corporate marketing team to execute impactful local marketing initiatives.??

Property Onboarding & Transition:

  • Oversee the onboarding and transitioning of new assets.
  • Assist with hiring and training new full-time and seasonal staff.
  • Oversee reservation software account setup.?

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Capital Improvements to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Guarantee park compliance with all local laws, regulations, and WWG standards.
  • Manage and optimize the Campspot reservation system for seamless guest bookings.
  • Conduct routine site visits to monitor park appearance and staff performance.

Please note that you may be asked to perform a variety of duties from time to time, which may not fall strictly in your job description. For a variety of business, safety, and technical reasons, it is necessary that all positions at WWG maintain a high level of flexibility in reference to duties you will be expected to perform.

About You: 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3-5 years in RV park operations management and/or operations 
  • Proven track record of success in driving operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in property management software and relevant technologies.
  • Exceptional organization skills with the ability to allocate one’s time effectively, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines; ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities, plus able to prioritize workload and work at a detailed level.
  • Intrapersonal: A willingness to learn in a dynamic environment that includes new ideas and innovation, intellectually curious, adaptable and ambitious.
  • Proven skills to contribute to the development of company objectives and achieve desired goals.
  • Strong accountability combined with strong work ethic and enthusiasm for teamwork.
  • Energetic self-starter with an ability to thrive in a fast pace environment.
