This role will involve various HR duties, including recruiting, conducting new hire orientation, updating the employee handbook, and managing employee relations. This is a Hybrid role for a Not for Profit organization.Recruiter: Connie StathopoulosESSENTIAL DUTIES: Assists Human Resources CHRO with HR related tasks and functions.Responsible for the process of bi-weekly payroll, including deductions and 403(b) reports.Assist with recruiting by managing job postings and attending career fairs.Assist in screening and interviewing applicantsResponsible for onboarding new staff, including trainings.Communication with staff about deadlines for performance evaluations (Paycom) and credential updates. Oversees and implements employee new hire orientation which includes benefits and employee policies.Administers health plans, including enrollments, changes, and terminations (notification to employees through Paycom and employee self-enrollment). Manages the feed filed created in the application. Makes corrections to the file as needed.Creating reports in Paycom as needed.Processes required documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate record-keeping and proper deductions.Ensure all court liens are properly completed and completes deductions on HR applications.Reconciles benefits statements monthly.
