We are offering a dynamic role for an HR Generalist in Costa Mesa, California, United States. This role is essential to our HR team, supporting key HR processes and serving as a strategic partner across our North American business units. You will be working closely with business managers, advising on employment issues, legislation, process improvements, and business changes primarily for the Customer Experience and Finance teams. As an HR Generalist, you will also oversee the effective execution of robust and operationally excellent core HR processes and systems.Responsibilities:• Support key HR processes and clients across our North American business units• Partner with the business in coaching and advising managers around employment issues, legislation, process improvement, and business changes• Manage the execution of robust and operationally excellent HR processes and systems• Oversee payroll processing for the North American region• Strategize and administer benefits for US/Canada employees• Ensure Health and Safety standards are met across North America• Utilize ADP Workforce Now, HRIS System for efficient HR management• Coordinate benefits and handle any related inquiries• Lead process improvement projects within the HR department• Develop and implement HR policies & proceduresSkills:• Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and HRIS System• Experience in Benefits Coordination• Proven track record in leading Process Improvement Projects• Familiarity with HR Policies & Procedures
