In this role, you'll be the first line of defense for their users, providing technical support and troubleshooting a wide range of issues. You'll be the friendly voice on the other end of the phone, email, or chat, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for everyone.Responsibilities:Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of user-reported technical problems (software, hardware, network connectivity).Provide clear and concise technical support to internal users via phone, email, and chat.Document technical issues and resolutions to ensure knowledge transfer and continuous improvement.Research and escalate complex issues to senior IT staff as needed.Stay up-to-date on company technology and procedures.Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while providing exceptional customer service.
