We have an excellent opportunity for a motivated Customer Success Specialist! Are you a customer service professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about optimizing client experiences and elevating customer relationships?
Then we have the position for you. This role involves helping maximize the customer experience to help drive loyalty and increase revenue, managing customer relationships, and working in a high-volume environment.
Major responsibilities
- Dive into complex issues and problems
- Develop, track, and analyze customer success metrics
- Brainstorm and implement strategies to improve the customer experience
- Guide customer-facing staff in ways to improve customer service and loyalty
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty
- Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced business writing skills, including the use of email correspondence
- Bilingual Spanish
- Experience with call-tracking and being held accountable to KPIs
- Strong computer skills including knowledge and experience with customer relationship management software (CRM)
- Prior customer success or call-center experience, preferably in a fast-paced & high-volume environment
- Outstanding research, analytical, and interpersonal skills
