Robert Half is partnering with a manufacturing client in the recruiting for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join their team. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout the order and delivery process. Day-to-day will be answering customer inquiries through email and phone, maintaining accurate customer information in database, providing quotes and pricing, order entry, shipment tracking and delivery timeline communication. You will also assist cross-functionally with other departments including marketing and supply chain as well as responsible for ad hoc reporting and process improvement projects.
