Customer Service (Manufacturing)
Position open due to growth! Our client in Waukesha, a small but successful manufacturer with a great team environment, is adding an experienced Customer Service Rep to their team to process their business to business customer orders! Position Summary :
- Enter and manage customer orders (working with part numbers)
- Communicating with the customer to verify product / order specifications and confirm delivery dates.
- Coordinate with internal staff (sales, purchasing, engineering, manufacturing) to monitor progress and ultimately ensure your customers’ demands are met.
- Using the ERP system, invoice customer orders weekly and follow up with business to business collection calls for payment reminders.
Qualifications :
- 2 years customer service experience ideally in manufacturing or distribution industry
- Computer proficiency including ERP systems
- Must be available to work 7 : 30am-4 : 00pm Mon-Fri
