Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your role as Customer Service Representative will encompass a variety of customer service and project manager roles for the company. Your day-to-day responsibilities will span from client relationship building, account growth and project management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Effectively communicate with internal and external clients to build good working relationships and to ensure an understanding of the client’s needs and objectives while effectively managing resources to meet budget and deadlines.
- Accurately define project specifications for client approval (both internal and external clients). Work with, organize, and create usable datasets for projects and project execution.
- Identify (triage) incoming projects to quickly executive themselves or identify the appropriate SMEs when more in-depth knowledge is needed for problem solving or when specialist knowledge is required for execution.
- Responsible for cost effective, efficient, and quality production of projects from job entry through final shipping maintaining the company objectives and client expectations.
- Prepare and process quotes, orders, and sample requests.
- Develop and maintain a broad background in all Marek marketing execution competencies to ensure the ability to design customer solutions with the support of Marek’s Collective Genius. Adapt to and quickly learn new technologies and products.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Adapt to and quickly learn new technologies and products, and work directly with our PrintStream Warehouse Management System, PACE erp system, Triptych software, Office 365 suite, Basecamp/Monday, and other technologies.
- Monitor performance metrics for each client, understanding the daily impact to their business and business goals resulting in being the internal SME for the client business.
- Monitor and actively manage customer inventory, provide reporting and replenishment recommendations to internal Account Executives and customers.
- Work closely with the Account Owner/Account Executive/Sales to ensure continued sales growth and participate in strategic planning session and Executive Business reviews to ensure account growth across all marketing execution services offered by Marek.
- Coordinate fulfillment service review meetings with Account Executives and customers to review performance and agreed-to service levels and present solutions to known issues and new opportunities.
- Solicit and report on feedback from customers to ensure TMG is providing value to our customers and timely addressing issues as they arise.
- Work with all stakeholders, such as sales representatives, administrative staff, production, suppliers, and customers on orders and projects, including pricing, technical specifications, and meeting deadlines.
- Contributes to team effort by assisting in areas as needed.
- Recognize and celebrate wins; foster a high-performance environment with a focus on “team”; collaborate effectively with peer group.
- Coordinate internal and external resources for the on-target execution of projects.
- Coordinate cross departments on all aspects of product roll-out.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- A bachelor’s degree in related business, marketing or graphic arts or Associate degree in applied arts in printing and publishing or related field.
- Minimum of 1- 5 year's experience in printing industry.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
