- User Research: Conduct thorough user research to understand customer needs, pain points, and behavior within the sales enablement space.
- Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize and iterate on design solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration of UX designs into the SaaS platform.
- Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback and insights for continuous improvement.
- Information Architecture: Develop and maintain the information architecture of the platform to ensure a logical and intuitive user experience.
- UI Design: Develop visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for web applications, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
- Proven experience as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing successful design projects.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret user feedback to inform design decisions.
- Familiarity with SaaS products and sales enablement concepts is a plus.
