As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Sales Team Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our client's sales team by providing exceptional customer service to clients and assisting with various sales-related tasks. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to their questions and concerns. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the sales team to streamline processes, maximize efficiency, and contribute to overall sales success.Key Responsibilities:Customer Assistance:Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.Provide knowledgeable and friendly assistance to customers regarding product information, pricing, orders, and any other inquiries.Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively, striving for complete customer satisfaction.Sales Support:Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up on leads and inquiries, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to existing customers.Order Processing and Logistics:Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, coordinating with internal departments such as logistics and inventory management to ensure timely delivery.Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers, addressing any issues or delays promptly.Communication and Coordination:Maintain open and clear communication channels with the sales team, providing regular updates on customer inquiries, feedback, and issues.Coordinate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and finance to address customer needs and ensure a seamless customer experience.Continuous Improvement:Proactively identify areas for improvement in customer service processes and procedures, suggesting and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices in customer service and sales support.
