Local Senior Living Community seeks a Community Manager. Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the property. Any candidate would need to have prior property management experience. Experience in a HUD property would be ideal, but we would be open to training the right candidate. They would be responsible for maintaining the wait list, processing applicants for move-in, processing annual recertifications, ensuring compliance with HUD rules and regulations, collecting and depositing rent checks, property inspections, etc. The Community Manager position is full time.
