Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and lead team meetings as necessary.
• Assess, support, and intervene in crisis situations.
• Provide guidance and coaching on socialization, development, and daily living skills.
• Motivate individuals to achieve treatment objectives.
• Complete required documentation.
• Attend organizational meetings and training sessions as required.

Requirements :

• Minimum age of 21.
• At least one year of relevant experience working with children and families.
• Flexible availability to accommodate client schedules, training, supervision, and meetings.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English (Spanish fluency is a plus).
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to engage in moderate day travel.
