Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Community Liaison to join our team. As a Community Liaison, you will play a vital role in connecting our organization with the community and promoting our programs and services. You will be responsible for building relationships, coordinating outreach efforts, and implementing strategies to engage community members. Duties: - Develop and implement community engagement strategies to promote awareness of our organization's mission and programs - Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, stakeholders, and key influencers - Coordinate outreach events, workshops, and presentations to educate the community about our services - Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns - Utilize social media platforms to engage with the community and promote our organization's initiatives - Assist in program development by gathering feedback from the community and identifying areas for improvement - Support fundraising efforts by assisting in donor cultivation and solicitation activities - Collect data on community needs, trends, and preferences to inform program development and decision-making - Provide administrative support as needed, including maintaining records, preparing reports, and managing correspondence Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience - Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Knowledge of public health issues and programs is preferred - Experience in program development and implementation is a plus - Proficiency in social media management platforms - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to build relationships with diverse groups of individuals - Experience in fundraising or grant writing is desirable - Knowledge of addiction counseling resources is beneficial - Strong data collection and analysis skills - Ability to recruit volunteers or participants for programs If you are passionate about making a difference in the community, have excellent communication skills, and possess the ability to connect with diverse groups of individuals, we encourage you to apply for this position.
