We are seeking a driven community manager with experience in property management to join our team at Alvarado Management. We are a local Property Management Company with an outstanding reputation.

We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and enthusiastic community manager with at least 2-5 years of property management industry experience. Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and UORRA required. The community manager is responsible for the direct management and oversight of their site and team and ensuring resident satisfaction, as well as maintaining positive relationships with residents, vendors, and the local community.
