A creative PR firm in West Hollywood is hiring a Jr Executive Assistant on a contract-to-hire basis. As the Jr Executive Assistant, you will work hybrid in the West Hollywood office and support the owner directly. Duties will include project management, scheduling and preparing for meetings, travel coordination, budgeting, assisting with marketing, and helping with social media. This is a contract-to-hire position with rooms for growth throughout the company.The ideal candidate will be degreed with 1-3 years of experience. You will be required to wear many hats and multi-task. Pay is based on experience, between $55-65k.
