The Administrative Assistant will work directly with staff in support of administrative, customer service, and sales functions. The Administrative Assistant will be fielding telephone calls, scheduling, receiving and directing visitors, responsible for correspondence, filing, and coordinating company events. The motivated Administrative Assistant should have strong computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel. The Administrative Assistant will be ordering office supplies, tracking reports and data, and will be creating and editing Word, Excel, and PDF documents (including mail merges and updating templates). The ideal Administrative Assistant must have an outstanding phone presence, and the ability to work successfully with constant interruptions and still be cheerful and helpful on the phone. In addition to having excellent attention to detail, the Administrative Assistant will have strong organizational and time management skills, the ability to work in a team environment, and be willing to help with daily tasks.
