A company in the 19007 zip code area is in need of an Administrative Assistant for a temporary to possible hire opportunity. This position is 100% on-site. The hours for the role are Monday and Wednesday 12:00 pm-8:30 pm, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 7:30 am- 4:00 pm.
Key Responsibilities
1. Meet with prospective students, prospective student’s parents and/or family and assist currently enrolled students
2. Answering telephone calls and messages and responding to email correspondences.
3. Collecting federal aid documents, such as verification, selective service, professional judgments, dependency overrides resolution of "C code"
4. Administrating federal, institutional and private funds
5. Re-Entering and packaging of withdrawn students
6. Reviewing ISIRs carefully and contacting non-selected students to make corrections (as needed)
7. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail.
Previous experience in a related role is a plus.
Exceptional customer service skills.
