A growing Energy firm located in Lower Fairfield County is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team. Ideally, the Accounts Payable Specialist will come with at least three years of hands-on AP experience and will understand the "why" behind all activities related to the Accounts Payable process from start-to-finish and everything in between.
Job Duties include:
- Accurate processing of all invoices across multiple locations
- Match, batch, and code all invoices to ensure proper recognition of costs
- T& E reporting
- Process ACH, wires, manual checks, etc
- Reconcile, research, and correct any discrepancies as it relates to all AP matters
- Ad hoc projects as directed by the Director of Accounting
