The Accounts Payable Clerk role is a permanent position based in the Auburn, Washington area. Bonus if you have any Accounts Receivable experience as well!Major responsibilities- Manage customer service tasks for internal business partners- Execute full-cycle A/P- Ensure invoices, checks, and other documents are properly sorted, logged, scanned, and filed- Open, organize, and distribute department mail daily- Manage the process of verifying, logging, and mailing checks, including expediting special handling- Support the AP/Finance Department by completing administrative tasks- Perform daily processes and controls correctly and punctually, ensuring company policies are followed- Complete special projects on an as-needed basis- Assist with internal and external audits as neededThe salary range for this position is $65k to $75k.
