Based out of the Sherman Oaks, California area, the Accounts Payable Clerk will be a long-term contract / contract / contract / contract / temporary to full-time opening.Responsibilities- Manage department mail by opening, sorting, and distributing it on a daily basis- Organize, register, scan, and file invoices, checks, and other documents- Support the AP/Finance Department by completing administrative tasks- Complete special projects on an as-needed basis- Accomplish full-cycle A/P- Provide customer service to internal business partners- Verify, log and mail checks, including expediting special handling- Accurately execute daily processes and controls in a timely manner while ensuring company policies are followed- Provide internal and external audit assistance as required
